What We Do

We provide leadership skills development, capacity building opportunities and mentorship support for newcomer, refugee and racialized youth. We also support groups and organizations by providing training, resources and knowledge mobilization so that they may undertake effective community development and engagement activities that serve youth.

Why we Do It

So youth can work together and develop solutions to community challenges, address barriers to integration and create social change. We want to see empowered, well connected, informed youth who are adaptable and strong critical thinkers; and are well prepared to take up leadership roles in all spheres of their lives.

How we Do It

We take an asset-based approach to working with youth and use equity-based values to build deep relationships, both within our group, with youth and with our partners. We champion a shared, collaborative leadership model based on trust, open communication; and continuous learning that we undertake together.
